Intrado is looking to add a Product Manager to join our Safety Suite team. 

The Product Manager is responsible for the planning, development, and management of products throughout their lifecycle. This role involves gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Roadmaps:
    • Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals
    • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining milestones and timelines for product development
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launches
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to drive efficiency and innovation
  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape
    • Analyze customer feedback, behavior, and market data to make informed decisions and adjustments to product strategies
  • Product Development: 
    • Assist with the product development process from ideation to release, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
    • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities
  • User Experience and Design:
    • Work closely with the design team to create user-centric and intuitive product experiences
    • Advocate for the importance of user experience and usability in product development
  • Metrics and Performance:
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of product launches
    • Analyze product performance data to make data-driven decisions and optimize product features
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements
    • Communicate product updates and roadmap progress to stakeholders, including executives

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, management information systems, marketing or a related field is required
  • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements 

Experience: 

  • 3+ years of product management experience required
  • Experience in product lifecycle management
  • Background in software development and web technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
  • Experience with user research and usability testing
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
  • Basic knowledge of product and project management software tools preferred

The anticipated hiring range for this position is between $90,000 and $100,000 per year and will be commensurate with experience.
