Hiring & Onboarding

Hiring & Onboarding

From the very start, our enthusiastic talent acquisition team members work hard to make sure that every candidate has a smooth and clearly defined interview process. Then we also extend this commitment as individuals experience their first day, their first week, and their first month at Intrado.

 Career Growth

Career Growth

Given that we’re a multi-national company with thousands of employees and a wealth of open positions at any one time, there is no shortage of opportunities available for you to advance your career at Intrado. Many of these positions span different locations and most are open to existing employees as well as outside candidates. In fact, a significant number of these opportunities at Intrado are actually filled by our employees. You can always visit our careers website to explore available positions from across the organization.

Engagement

Engagement

At Intrado, we believe engagement starts with ensuring that you are rewarded for a job well done. Thanks to our continued success and global reach, we have the financial stability and growth necessary to deliver competitive compensation and benefits. However, we also reward you based upon the results you deliver—and how well you leverage our winning behaviors to deliver those results. You’ll always know where you stand on your performance goals, which tie directly to performance compensation, thanks to our review process, which encourages constructive feedback to drive ongoing connections and growth.

Of course, engagement also means keeping you in the know about all things Intrado. Communication is at the heart of what we offer to our customers, so it stands to reason that it’s an area where we really shine ourselves. Below are just a few of the ways we strive to keep you up-to-date on the latest happenings.

Learning & Development

Learning & Development

At Intrado, we believe that ongoing feedback is one of the best ways we can all learn and grow together. That’s why our team members all engage in a formal review process every six months while also encouraging real-time, honest, direct, and open feedback at the right moments.

We offer employees technology-enabled learning opportunities via desktop and mobile devices. This includes our in-house, virtual university with extensive learning assets designed to help you build skills in your areas of interest, enabling you to ‘CEO Yourself!’ We also regularly promote a robust collection of self-paced content and live webinars for skill-building.

Finally, we believe that mentoring relationships, both formal and informal, provide invaluable perspective to help you advance your skills and further your career. Your manager can assist you in finding a mentorship opportunity that will provide you with access to the right individual. Or, if you’re interested in mentoring other team members, be sure to stay in touch with HR to connect with others when these opportunities arise.

Fun

Of course, we want to make sure that your workday has opportunities for engaging with others, making new friends, and celebrating success. Our local Great Place to Work committees regularly organize special events so that you can get to know your teammates both on and off the field. We also have site leaders for each of our physical locations as well as for virtual/work-from-home employees. While each of our locations has its own unique events and approach, we’re committed to making sure we all have time to take an occasional break from the regular workday and enjoy the rewards that come with our success.

Giving Back

Giving Back

Last but definitely not least, Intrado is dedicated to giving back to our team members and the communities in which we work. Our Caring About People, or CAP program, is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization fully funded by employee donations. CAP provides financial assistance for Intrado employees who are facing crisis situations. Whether it’s finding shelter when disaster strikes, helping cover medical expenses or getting back on their feet after one of life’s unexpected pitfalls. Over the last four years, Intrado employees donated approximately $125,000 to CAP to help our own in need of assistance.
