Intrado is looking to hire an SR Implementation Project Manager to join our Life & Safety business segment. This role helps to manage upgrades to 911 systems or system implementations from start to finish. This role is fully remote and able to work from home. 

Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for managing complex projects to accomplish identified implementation initiatives in support of assigned business segment
  • Determine skill set necessary and work with management to build the project team based on project scope and expectations, which may include cross-divisional coordination
  • Consult with management and end users to define the scope of assigned project or project tasks, which may include an assessment of current information technology platforms and systems, as well as defining key assumptions
  • Ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget requirements

Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in computer science, management information systems, business administration or a related field required.
    • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements

Canada Education

  • Degree from an accredited university in computer science, MIS, business administration or related field required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in program management, project management, business analyst, development engineering or combination of these roles required
    • Minimum one year experience in the 9-1-1 industry preferred
  • Advanced level experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Visio required
  • PMP or other project management certification highly preferred
  • Based on departmental need:
    • Fluency in French or Spanish may be required

Travel:

  • May travel up to 25% of the time for kick off meetings (depending on site preference)

Compensation:

  • For candidates located in Colorado, the starting salary range is between $85,000-100,000 a year and will be commiserate with experience.
