Job Description

For this opening we will consider candidates from the following locations: Makati,Metro Manilla,Philippines |

Support Desk Function-   Resolve technical support issues while documenting problems accurately and troubleshoot issues that may arise while adhering to departmental and corporate policies and procedure.

Data Transmissions & Output Distribution-   Responsible for transmitting data files to clients by connecting to client's system and uploading data files.

Service Requests-   Ensure the service request is completed and the requester is advised of its status.

Research Assistance-   Assist in resolving routine program quality issues by identifying issue(s) and researching in a timely manner. 

Team Interfaces/Customer Service-   Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients,  internal employees, team members and department contacts.
