Intrado is looking to hire a SR Technical Resource Specialist in Joplin, MO, Longmont, CO, and Mobile, AL to join our Life & Safety business segment.

Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for supporting client notification applications and resolving technical issues within established timelines, and mapping scenarios for bridging functions as it relates to client needs ensuring accuracy and speed when completing tasks.
  • Will also provide training and mentorship to other employees, ensuring that departmental policies and procedures are understood and followed

Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.

Education:

  • Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Computer Science, Communications, or related field required. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for educational experience
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Computer Science, Communications, or related field preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years customer service experience in a business-to-business environment or technical support experience required
    • *Completion of junior and senior year in pursuit of a bachelor's degree may be substituted for two years of experience
  • Minimum 2 year of notifications systems or internal notification systems experience preferred
  • Minimum 2-year experience working in the healthcare or technical industries preferred
  • Time spent in pursuit of an advanced degree (e.g., Junior/Senior year of a Bachelor's, etc.) may be substituted in lieu of equivalent work experience requirements
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • On call work (24/7) may be required depending on area of assignment, this will allow the individual to be paid premium pay.

  • For candidates located in Colorado, the hiring range for this position starts at $19 per hour and will be commensurate with experience. The position may be eligible for premium pay.
