Intrado Healthcare provides the market leading automated patient engagement platform for health systems and physician practices to improve patient care, patient experience and enhancing operational efficiency and revenue.

Unique to Intrado, our platform leverages API integration to facilitate real-time communication that is deeply integrated with leading EHRs.

Health care systems are eagerly seeking automated, digital solutions that reduce operational pain points and improve the patient experience. To answer the call, the Intrado Healthcare team is expanding and seeks an ambitious player-coach Manager, Lead Generation, to drive growth.

Essential Duties:

  • Grow and manage an inside sales team.
  • Team goal is to prospect new health systems, hospitals, and large physician practices, explain the benefits of the solution and set up introductory meetings for account executives
  • Player-coach role. Manager will also be expected to prospect for portion of time
  • Communicate the operational and business benefits of Intrado’s comprehensive patient engagement platform
  • Use modern sales engagement tools and processes to enhance prospecting
  • Monitor team performance, coach and help maintain a high level of productivity


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business, information technology or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.


  • 4+ years of experience in an inside sales role, with 1+ years as a team leader or manager
  • Familiar with sales engagement platforms like Outreach, Hubspot, Salesloft and with outbound prospecting via sales sequences
  • Experience selling to hospitals, health systems and large physician practices strongly preferred
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills

For qualified candidates, the on target earnings are an anticipated $150,000 with base + commissions combined.
