Tâches essentielles :
- Développez et gérez des applications cloud natives à l'aide de Full Stack, Micro Services, Kubernetes/Containers, J2EE, Spring Boot, Azure/AWS et Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Dirigez une équipe de développeurs et collaborez avec d'autres équipes pour fournir des solutions de haute qualité.
- Assurez la qualité et la maintenabilité du code grâce à des revues de code et à des tests automatisés.
- Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et maintenir des systèmes complexes.
- Évaluer de nouvelles technologies et de nouveaux outils qui pourraient améliorer nos processus de développement de logiciels.
- Fournir des conseils techniques et du mentorat à l'équipe de développement.
- Rester à jour avec les tendances et technologies émergentes dans le développement cloud natif.
Qualifications minimales :
- BS/BA requis, de préférence en informatique.
- 8+ années d'expérience en développement Full Stack et Micro Services architecture..
- Solide expérience avec Kubernetes/Containers, J2EE, Spring Boot, Azure/AWS et Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Familiarité avec Jira et/ou un autre outil de gestion de projet/problème.
- Expérience de coaching et de mentorat d'équipes. Solides compétences en communication, à la fois écrite et verbale, avec des publics techniques et non techniques . .
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes. À l'aise de travailler en équipe ou de travailler individuellement.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Full Stack development, Micro Services, Kubernetes/Containers, J2EE, Spring Boot, Azure/AWS, and Single Sign-On (SSO). In this role, you will lead the development of cloud-native applications and ensure the technical success of our products.
Essential Duties:
- Develop and maintain cloud-native applications using Full Stack, Micro Services, Kubernetes/Containers, J2EE, Spring Boot, Azure/AWS, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Lead a team of developers and collaborate with other teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and automated testing.
- Design, implement, and maintain complex systems.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools that could improve our software development processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud-native development.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA required, preferable in Computer Science.
- 8+ years of experience in Full Stack development and Micro Services architecture..
- Strong experience with Kubernetes/Containers, J2EE, Spring Boot, Azure/AWS, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Familiarity with Jira and/or other project/issue management tool.
- Experience coaching and mentoring teams. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal to technical and non-technical audiences. .
- Excellent problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a team environment or working individually.
- Passion for the industry and ability to stay up to date on the latest topics and trends.
