Intrado is looking to hire a Client Support Trainer to join our Life & Safety business segment.

Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for thoroughly preparing and professionally conducting training for new and current clients utilizing established training materials
  • Assist in trial calls to ensure effectiveness of purchased system
  • Obtain end-of-course evaluations from course participants in order to assess the effectiveness of training
  • Strive to enhance the department's relationship with customers, ensuring the highest quality, responsive service possible is provided


  • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Associate degree in education, communications, or computer networks preferred.


Based on area of assignment, on of the following will be required:

  • Minimum 1 year training experience required
    • Minimum 3 years 9-1-1 dispatching experience preferred
    • Minimum 3 years of technical/end-user training, technical training material development, technical support, telephony systems, networking experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  • Basic knowledge of Power 9-1-1 software (e.g., Power MAP, Power MIS, Power Viper, etc.) preferred
  • Ability to travel may be required
  • Advanced Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, etc.) preferred

  • For candidates located in Colorado, the hiring range for this position is anticipated between $22-26.50 an hour and will be commensurate with experience
