We have a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Account Executive to join our EMEA Direct Sales team, to take responsibility for the maintenance and growth of our existing, and New Enterprise and mid-market client base.  

As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Execute sales cycle to penetrate the most promising new logo accounts, generating net new Intrado accounts
  • Identify and build relationships with the appropriate account buyers
  • Establish reputation with assigned prospects as a trusted advisor with industry knowledge and the prospects solution needs
  • Proactively identify potential needs of prospects, recommending best-fit solutions with a clear value proposition for the account
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date expert understanding of Intrado solutions and general understanding of relevant competitor solutions
  • Research and actively identify emerging trends that influence Intrado’s value proposition
  • Proactively manage pipeline; input, monitor, and update opportunities in a timely fashion
  • Engage Sales Engineering resources, as needed, to close the deal
  • Achieve assigned bookings quota

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, marketing, or a related field OR equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of successful new business development B2B sales experience, with experience selling with the UC space (expertise in Cisco products/solutions an advantage) working with Enterprise customers
  • Expertise around Contact Center Solutions preferred
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills and proven ability to close large deals with executive-level buyers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience delivering compelling presentations to large audiences
  • Ability to adapt your selling style to your audience
  • A team player with understanding of the importance of working as a team and supporting your colleagues, while learning from them simultaneously


  • A full valid driving license is required
